I’ve lost 7 pounds in five weeks. I am nowhere near my 2 pound a week target but I’ve fucked up a lot this month, what with Christmas and all and I’m actually feeling quite positive about it. I weigh 12 1/2 stone now, or 175lbs. I have a long way to go.

Do you play a sport, if not talk about a different hobby you may have.
I like to run, I normally aim for 5 miles 2 or 3 times a week. I live right next to a canal so I like to run along there. Its very quiet and peaceful and it keeps me calm and a tiny bit healthier.
